I'm house hunting and checked this place out.

(How many kids live in the immediate vicinity of this home? What ages are they?)

Some kids definitely live around here, but I didn't research this that deeply.

(Do kids play outside around there? How often? In the streets, the fronts of houses, or the back yards?)

The park that is very close to here, Bol Park (e.g. see this article), is *the* most awesome park for independent kids' play that I've seen in Palo Alto or Menlo Park. I can't speak for kid activity right around this home, though.

Adult community

(Do adults spend time in front of their houses and walking around the neighborhood? How well do they know each other?)

I can't say.
The street is pretty quiet. The elementary school, Barron Park Elementary, is very close and walkable.
