How do you know this house's neighborhood?

I have friends or family living there.

Kid population

(How many kids live in the immediate vicinity of this home? What ages are they?)

There are three preschoolers next door, and I'm pretty sure there are other kids very close by. Unfortunately, the family leaving has three young kids who are very active in the cul-de-sac.

Play opportunities

(Do kids play outside around there? How often? In the streets, the fronts of houses, or the back yards?)

This cul-de-sac is often buzzing with kid activity, but we'll see how it is after the family that's in this house leaves.

Adult community

(Do adults spend time in front of their houses and walking around the neighborhood? How well do they know each other?)

This seems like a great community for adults as well.

Other Comments

Juana Briones Elementary School and Park are both very close - a short walk away.
