How do you know this house's neighborhood?

I live close to it.

Kid population

(How many kids live in the immediate vicinity of this home? What ages are they?)

There are a few preschool/young elementary school kids around here, but they're never out.

Play opportunities

(Do kids play outside around there? How often? In the streets, the fronts of houses, or the back yards?)

I never saw kids out right around the house (I lived in this house for 5 months 2 years ago), but there is a passage to a creek closeby that's fun for kids. The creek bed is fun for kids.

Adult community

(Do adults spend time in front of their houses and walking around the neighborhood? How well do they know each other?)

Adults have no life outside around here.
